Humble Roots

We all go through seasons in our life. There will be seasons of doubt, idleness, and prosperity. Yet, in each of these seasons there are lessons to be learned. These lessons will help us to grow and when shared with others, perhaps help them grow as well. In Humble Roots by Hannah Anderson she shares her experiences and wisdom.

The book is divided into three portions which take the reader on a journey from understanding to application. Anderson’s style is easy to read and enjoyable. She shares events from her life and applies them to biblical principles. She then uses these biblical principles for application to daily life.

Anderson is relatable, honest, and down to earth. Her underlying message of humbleness is a good reminder in a world where egos often get in the way. I would recommend this book.
